Senior Planning Engineer – UAE | NMDC Group

NMDC Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in the UAE. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of our complex projects by providing expert-level scheduling and planning support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand and interpret tender/contractual conditions, scope of work, and estimation basis.
• Analyze and align project execution plans with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential risks.
• Monitor project progress, update schedules, and report on variances and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction or maritime industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
