HSE Manager Job in Dubai | Drive Safety Excellence

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international HSE regulations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Oversee environmental protection initiatives and waste management programs.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to employees at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC / NEBOSH Diploma (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a similar HSE leadership role.
• Strong understanding of safety management systems and environmental regulations.
