We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in both Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is crucial for managing project costs and ensuring financial viability from inception to completion.

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for all project elements (Civil & MEP).
• Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and bids.
• Manage and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, specifically with Civil and MEP projects.
