About the Role

As a critical technical expert, you will be instrumental in shaping and presenting sophisticated solutions across Digital Services, Managed Applications, AI Service Lines, and specialized logistics platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting our new business development initiatives, co-creation programs, and large-scale government and enterprise tenders, ensuring our technical proposals are not only sound and competitive but also strategically aligned with Infinite PL’s unique product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and validation of intricate, multi-pillar technical solutions.
• Craft and meticulously review technical documentation for bids, tenders, and RFP submissions.
• Engage actively in workshops, deliver impactful presentations, and conduct compelling technical demonstrations and proofs-of-concept.
• Proactively influence solution architectures to incorporate Infinite PL’s strategic and venture-backed proprietary products.
• Contribute significantly to the sales team’s objective of achieving a high Technical Win Rate.
• Oversee the technical transition of strategic offerings from pilot phases to managed services.
• Collaborate seamlessly with account management and delivery teams to guarantee solution accuracy and operational readiness.
• Embed scalability, AI readiness, and operational efficiency into all proposed solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or a similar technical sales engineering role, preferably within the digital services, logistics, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-value technical solutions for enterprise clients and government entities.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML concepts, and modern application architectures.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical consensus.
• Experience with bid and tender processes, including RFP analysis and response development.
