Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily financial transactions and meticulous data entry within the Odoo ERP system.
• Develop comprehensive financial spreadsheets and insightful analytical reports utilizing advanced Excel functionalities.
• Manage and maintain Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, and conduct thorough bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation and submission of VAT documentation, ensuring strict adherence to ZATCA regulations.
• Contribute to the month-end closing procedures and assist in audit preparations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
• A valid SOCPA registration is mandatory for this position.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis, is required.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting and Finance modules is necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a prerequisite.
