Tasks and Responsibilities

• Process Debit Note (D/N) claims submitted by vendors.
• Manage the booking of liabilities for all trade and non-trade vendors.
• Respond promptly to supplier payment requests and accurately book expenses within agreed payment timelines.
• Address and resolve vendor queries efficiently.
• Handle the booking of commissions.
• Process SADAD payments and administer Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements.
• Oversee the closing of Job Cards related to the clearance department.
• Initiate and process online payments.
• Validate monthly purchase return transactions and perform expense analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with financial software and accounting principles.
