Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis

• Contribute to the creation of the annual budget and financial projections, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive annual budget guidelines, standards, timelines, and underlying assumptions.
• Design and refine budget forms and models, implementing innovative financial planning and analysis techniques.
• Consolidate departmental budgets, seeking clarification on assumptions, and presenting them to management for approval.
• Generate quarterly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, budget variances, risks, and areas needing management focus.
• Analyze costs by identifying trends, forecasting future expenses, and recommending strategic actions.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, capital expenditures, and acquisitions in collaboration with the finance board.
• Provide detailed financial analysis on company liquidity and financial stability using key financial ratios and comparative data.
• Assist in the monthly preparation of balance sheets and income statements, reporting on significant variances.
• Examine financial data to ensure adherence to proper accounting procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements: Financial Expertise & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar financial planning and analysis role.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
