About the Role: Senior HRIS Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Specialist with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves owning and executing the functional delivery of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on configuration, support, and optimization. You will be instrumental in enabling efficient talent management, maintaining accurate HR data governance, and ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle management experience. Your work will directly contribute to aligning HR functions with overarching business strategies, adhering to compliance requirements, and driving user adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities of an HR Information System Expert

  • Design, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules in strict alignment with HR policies and evolving business requirements.
  • Translate complex HR functional needs into scalable system configurations and practical solutions.
  • Ensure all configurations and solutions adhere to SAP best practices and leverage the full spectrum of system capabilities.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including comprehensive hire-to-retire flows.
  • Enable the efficient execution of critical HR cycles such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
  • Proactively identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives through strategic system utilization.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various SuccessFactors modules and the core SAP ERP system, particularly EC-Payroll.
  • Maintain the highest standards of HR master data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Effectively resolve cross-system issues that may impact day-to-day HR operations.
  • Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements and address change requests efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams for successful development.
  • Conduct thorough testing to guarantee quality and functionality before deployment of any changes.
  • Provide essential day-to-day system support to both HR personnel and broader business users.
  • Diagnose system issues, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing HR operations, maintaining business continuity.
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors implementations, critical upgrades, and organizational rollouts.
  • Actively participate in data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Ensure successful system adoption and user proficiency post-deployment.

Qualifications and Requirements for a Talent Management System Analyst

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with system integration, particularly between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP.
  • Proficiency in data management and ensuring data integrity within HR systems.
  • Experience in analyzing and implementing system enhancements and change requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support diverse user groups.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and data migration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
