About the Role

China State Construction Engrg.Corp LTD(KSA), a prominent player in the construction sector, is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This pivotal role focuses on expertly managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring rigorous adherence to all Saudi labor laws and regulations, and providing comprehensive support and guidance on evolving HR policies. As a vital contributor, you will be instrumental in cultivating a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all current Saudi Arabian labor laws and governmental regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven expertise in Saudi labor law and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle HR management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRIS) and relevant software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
