Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the HRIS platform.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all employee data, including hiring, promotions, compensation, and leave records.
• Generate and deliver comprehensive periodic reports on attendance, payroll, performance, and employee turnover.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to provide actionable insights for strategic management decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical system issues.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and streamline existing HR system processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security for all sensitive employee data.
• Develop and deliver effective training programs for the HR team and management on system utilization.
• Monitor and ensure seamless integration between the HRIS and other critical business systems, such as Payroll and ERP.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience specifically within HRIS management or HR data analysis.
• Demonstrated familiarity with leading HRIS platforms such as SAP HR, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or comparable systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization and analysis tools is highly advantageous.
• A solid understanding of core Human Resources operations and best practices.
