Key Responsibilities of a Hospitality Server

• Welcome and host VIP guests with warmth, confidence, and a polished demeanor.
• Provide personalized support including seating arrangements, beverage service, and tailored guest assistance.
• Assist with guest documentation and itinerary coordination with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support guests with their belongings and ensure their comfort at every touchpoint.

Qualifications & Experience for Guest Service Professionals
