Key Responsibilities of a Hotel Receptionist
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and staff members with a consistently friendly and professional attitude.
- Efficiently answer, screen, and appropriately route all incoming telephone calls to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Meticulously schedule and manage appointments utilizing advanced office management systems, ensuring the accuracy of all calendars.
- Maintain the reception area to impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and welcoming ambiance.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with utmost accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive visitor logs, ensuring strict adherence to all security protocols and established procedures.
- Offer essential administrative support to staff members, encompassing tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Monitor and manage the office supplies inventory, proactively placing orders to replenish stock as required.
Qualifications for a Hotel Front Desk Agent
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office management systems and standard office software.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Must be a Saudi national.
