Key Responsibilities: Front Office Administrator
- Greet and assist visitors courteously, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provide comprehensive general administrative support to A. J Corporation staff.
- Manage incoming telephone calls efficiently, making prompt and appropriate decisions.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming events and communicate vital activities and meetings to relevant staff members.
- Ensure effective communication with clients and visitors by delivering clear and concise information about the organization.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and collating documents to support daily team activities.
- Monitor staff attendance records accurately.
Qualifications and Requirements: Office Assistant
- Intermediate or Graduate Degree.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational and structural skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Good understanding of formal communication protocols and eloquent presentation skills.
- Pleasant appearance and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with workplace etiquette.
- A clear and pleasant voice for handling calls.
