Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative designs for exhibition stands, dynamic event environments, and engaging brand activations.
• Design comprehensive booth and event experiences from initial concept through to final execution-ready plans.
• Produce high-caliber 3D renders and compelling presentation-ready proposals for client review.
• Generate precise technical drawings and detailed construction specifications for production teams.
• Create engaging design animations to enhance presentations and client pitches.
• Foster strong collaboration with project managers, production departments, and clients to ensure seamless project flow.
• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to brand guidelines, optimize functionality, and elevate the overall visitor experience.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative strategies.

Requirements

• Mandatory proven experience in event design and exhibition stand design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in spatial design for events and exhibitions.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Excellent understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and construction techniques relevant to events.
