Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of the annual Compliance Program Plan and coordinate the execution of compliance initiatives.
• Track regulatory changes and analyze their impact, aiding in the prompt revision and implementation of internal policies and controls.
• Maintain and improve the Compliance Universe and Risk Registers, ensuring accurate documentation of obligations, risks, and controls.
• Perform compliance assessments on business operations, evaluating adherence to regulations and policies, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Support internal compliance reviews and investigations, including whistleblowing cases, and monitor remediation efforts.
• Generate regular compliance reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Conduct compliance awareness training to promote a strong ethical culture.
• Offer guidance to business units on compliance matters, such as conflicts of interest and Code of Conduct.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi National.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, governance, audit, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• A solid grasp of compliance principles and best practices.
