About the Role

Ajal International, Kuwait’s leading flooring pioneers since 1986, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives. With decades of expertise, a legacy of trust, quality, and innovation, we are looking for a strategic sales leader to join our distinguished team in Kuwait. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious revenue targets in the building decoration and flooring sector.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients, developers, and contractors.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with key clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify and promote new product opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the flooring, building materials, or interior decoration industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
