Key Responsibilities: Income Auditor Duties

• Prepare comprehensive daily financial reports, summarizing income and expenditures.
• Verify and investigate all rebates, miscellaneous credits, and charges, collaborating closely with the Controller and General Manager.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Conduct audits of various hotel departments to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Assist in the month-end closing process by providing accurate and timely financial data.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the income audit function.

Qualifications & Requirements: Financial Audit Specialist

• Proven experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar financial auditing role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaunt with various stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
