About the Role
Accor is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Development Specialist and HR Training Coordinator to join our team at the luxurious Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh All-Inclusive Collection resort, located in the beautiful city of Sharm El Sheikh, EG. This role is pivotal in shaping the talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within our hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive people development strategies aligned with Accor’s global standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate a wide range of training programs for all levels of staff, ensuring high engagement and knowledge transfer.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across departments.
- Support the HR team in various employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate training records and track employee development progress.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and performance-driven work culture.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Development, Training, or HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
