Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations as the Executive Chef, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Lead the pastry department, developing innovative dessert menus and managing pastry production as the Pastry Chef.
• Support the head chefs in daily culinary tasks and food preparation as a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry.
• Gain hands-on experience and learn various kitchen roles as a Kitchen Trainee.
• Assist customers, manage sales transactions, and promote products as a Sales Clerk for our branches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Demonstrated expertise in pastry arts and baking, with a strong portfolio.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in a similar role for Demi Chef de Partie Pastry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for Sales Clerks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced kitchen environment for Kitchen Trainee.
