Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Design, code, and test complex Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and architecture.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
