About the Opportunity

PepsiCo is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Intern to join our team in New Cairo, Egypt. This role is crucial for implementing the North Coast Trade Marketing Plan across various channels, including Modern Trade, Small & Medium Markets, Convenience & Grocery, and Modern Markets. Sales Intern Responsibilities

  • Execute the PO1 North Coast Trade Marketing Plan with 100% accuracy across all designated sub-channels.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives within Modern Trade, Small & Medium Markets, Convenience & Grocery, and Modern Markets.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on execution strategies and timelines.
  • Support the development and deployment of point-of-sale materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing observations and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
