Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training.
• Develop and implement innovative beverage programs and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Manage beverage costs effectively, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service across all bar and beverage areas.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to create synergistic food and beverage pairings.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of bar and beverage staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in beverage management within the luxury hospitality industry.

• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L analysis.
