About the Role:

Seeds Renewables is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Civil Engineer, specializing in transportation infrastructure, to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. This pivotal role is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program, exclusively open to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of mobility and safety in our rapidly developing region through meticulous planning, design, and oversight of critical transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and management of diverse transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and public transit systems.
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and detailed environmental impact assessments for all proposed transportation initiatives.
• Produce precise engineering designs and technical drawings utilizing state-of-the-art CAD software.
• Execute rigorous structural analysis and calculations for all transportation-related structures.
• Foster seamless collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal project integration and strict adherence to local regulations.
• Prepare in-depth technical reports, project specifications, and accurate cost estimations.
• Diligent monitoring of project progress, ensuring unwavering adherence to schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards.
• Effectively coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion the implementation of sustainable and innovative solutions in transportation design and strategic planning.
• Maintain a proactive stance in staying updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil transportation engineering.

Requirements:

• Must be a UAE National holding a valid family book.
• Significant experience as a Civil Engineer, with a strong focus on transportation infrastructure.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software for engineering design and drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Excellent understanding of structural analysis and calculations for transportation projects.
• Proven experience in project management, budget control, and quality assurance.
