Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and tunnels.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contractual documents.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, tunnels).
• A Civil Engineering degree from a recognized South African university.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
