Production Engineering Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of Active Harmonic Filters (AHF), Capacitor Banks, and EV Chargers.
• Develop and manage daily production schedules to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality panels.
• Implement and meticulously monitor production processes at each stage to uphold stringent quality and efficiency standards.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize overall productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate closely with the procurement team for strategic material planning and to guarantee the timely availability of essential components.
• Conduct thorough stage-wise testing of AHF and capacitor panels, ensuring successful Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before dispatch.
• Monitor and maintain key quarterly performance measurements and quality benchmarks to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Possess strong technical expertise in LV Panels, Capacitor Banks, Active Harmonic Filters, Control Panels, and VFD Panels.
• Demonstrate proven experience in production planning and execution within the power quality sector.
• Ability to analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
