Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team, adhering to established clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by proactively identifying, preventing, and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Actively contribute to positive patient experiences by fostering a supportive and conducive environment, guided by nursing leadership.
• Create and foster a dynamic learning environment by actively supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and fellow nursing employees to enhance competence.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, managing complex medical conditions and utilizing advanced monitoring equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Essential: A minimum of 3 years of current/recent experience in an ICU setting.
• CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) experience is required.
• Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential.
• Basic Arabic language skills are required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards and protocols.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
