About the Role: Senior Registered Nurse – Marina Clinic (OBGYN, Derma Laser)

Kingscollegehospitaldubai is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Registered Nurse to join our esteemed Marina Clinic in Dubai. This pivotal role involves delivering exceptional patient care within our Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) and Dermatology Laser departments. As a seasoned nursing professional, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery, contributing to positive patient outcomes, and upholding the reputation of our world-class facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of evidence-based care to patients within OBGYN and Derma laser specialities.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs on an ongoing basis.
• Provide regular and accurate updates to patients and their relatives, ensuring sensitive and clear communication.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
• Operate and monitor medical equipment as required, maintaining safety and efficacy.
• Uphold high standards of care across all outpatient services, adhering strictly to Dubai Health Authority guidelines.
• Maintain patient confidentiality, respecting dignity, privacy, and cultural beliefs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A valid DHA license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with significant experience in OBGYN and/or Derma laser settings.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with patients and families.
• Strong understanding of patient care planning and health education principles.
