Key Responsibilities: Operating Room Nurse Leadership

• Oversee and direct patient care delivery in the Operating Room, aligning with institutional policies and nursing standards.
• Coordinate patient care needs across various disciplines and healthcare professionals.
• Manage human, financial, and other resources to ensure efficient and effective departmental operations.
• Promote the professional development of nursing staff through mentorship, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI) requirements and national/international patient safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements: Surgical Nursing Expertise

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive nursing experience, with a significant portion in Operating Room management.

• In-depth knowledge of Joint Commission International (JCI) standards and patient safety protocols.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
