Confidential, a prominent regional group recognized as one of the UAE’s leading innovative real estate developers, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join its dynamic FP&A Finance team in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role involves in-depth financial data analysis and performance evaluation within the bustling real estate sector of the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive financial planning and forecasting to effectively manage and monitor organizational financial performance, including detailed variance reporting.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to assess performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel to support strategic decision-making and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into drivers of financial results.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mandatory Arabic Nationality.
• Exceptional proficiency and speed in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of FP&A principles.
• Demonstrable FP&A experience specifically within Real Estate Development Companies in the UAE is mandatory.
• A background with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field is required; professional certifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in financial software, with a strong emphasis on D365, is necessary.
