Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investment feasibility modeling for real estate assets, with a specific emphasis on warehouses.
• Assist the deal team with due diligence processes for asset acquisition.
• Monitor and manage acquired assets from both a modeling and accounting perspective.
• Gain exposure to and understanding of SPV/fund accounting principles relevant to real estate assets.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and asset performance tracking.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as required by senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant ‘hands-on’ experience in investment analysis or accounting.
• Proven experience in investment feasibility modeling, particularly with real estate assets.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with SPV/fund accounting is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, to be demonstrated during the interview process.
• Proficiency in relevant financial modeling software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
