About the Role: Senior IT Administrator & Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior IT Administrator, also known as an IT Systems Supervisor or IT Infrastructure Lead, to join our confidential team in Dubai. With over 10 years of dedicated experience, you will be instrumental in overseeing all IT operations, providing robust desktop support, and ensuring the unwavering stability of our technological systems. This role requires a technically adept individual who is presentable and capable of effectively representing the company at external IT events and vendor meetings. Key Responsibilities: IT Operations & Support

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues across the entire organization.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the company’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Implement and rigorously maintain IT security policies to ensure robust data protection and system integrity.
• Install, configure, and resolve issues related to computers, servers, printers, and various software applications.
• Administer and support end-users within the Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Ensure strict compliance with company IT standards, documentation protocols, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and external IT partners as needed.
• Represent the company professionally at IT exhibitions, vendor meetings, and key industry events.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all IT assets, configurations, licenses, and crucial updates.

Requirements: IT Infrastructure & Systems Expertise

• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in IT support, system administration, or IT supervision.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specifically in Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong technical proficiency in networking, systems administration, IT security, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Proven experience administering and supporting an Office 365 environment.
• Must be presentable, professional, and possess confident communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and deliver results.
• Currently based in the UAE, with Dubai being the preferred location.
• Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
