About the Role

Higher Colleges of Technology is seeking a highly motivated Senior Performance Management Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role is instrumental in shaping and executing HCT’s Performance Management System, fostering a culture of transparency, fairness, and high achievement across all functions and campuses. As a key HR professional, you will be at the forefront of driving employee engagement and performance excellence.

Performance Management Expert: Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation and ongoing enhancement of HCT’s Performance Management System, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and update the comprehensive competency framework in collaboration with various departments and campuses.
  • Oversee and manage the annual performance appraisal cycle, guaranteeing punctual completion of all associated tasks across all HCT locations.
  • Develop and manage performance management forms, templates, process documentation, and essential communication materials.
  • Track appraisal submissions diligently and liaise with departments and campuses to ensure adherence to established timelines and procedures.
  • Offer primary support to employees and line managers concerning performance management processes, policies, and system inquiries.
  • Contribute to the creation of user guides and support resources to streamline the appraisal process.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting performance appraisal data, generating insightful reports and dashboards.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in performance management system design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks and HR best practices.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
