Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Arrange and manage all aspects of executive travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
