LEAD Development is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior PR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This pivotal role involves shaping and enhancing our company’s reputation and that of our projects among key stakeholders, including media, government entities, partners, clients, and the public. You will orchestrate innovative campaigns and manage the entire PR lifecycle, from strategic development and execution of media relations to impact measurement, all contributing to a strong and favorable brand image. Your efforts will significantly influence perceptions across employees, potential candidates, industry influencers, and target audiences, ensuring a unified message that aligns with our corporate vision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the relationship with the PR Agency, ensuring all necessary support is provided.
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive PR strategies and actionable plans.
- Plan, budget, and execute high-profile media events, such as press conferences and product launches.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including Marketing and HR, to ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging.
- Lead the creation of all PR collateral, including press releases, feature articles, Q&As, factsheets, talking points, speeches, leadership biographies, boilerplates, and briefing notes.
- Oversee the development of diverse marketing materials such as newsletters, emailers, website content, and social media posts.
- Proactively monitor and safeguard the corporate reputation of LEAD and its associated projects through strategic media management.
- Efficiently handle all media inquiries and coordinate executive interviews.
- Track media coverage meticulously and prepare detailed performance analytics reports.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including government officials, key partners, media representatives, and influencers.
- Identify and rigorously evaluate potential partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of current industry trends to continuously inform and refine strategy.
- Develop robust Crisis Communication protocols and prepare holding statements as required.
- Establish and meticulously monitor PR Department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 7+ years of progressive PR experience, with a strong emphasis on the real estate or luxury sectors.
- Demonstrated success in integrated communications, encompassing both traditional and digital PR channels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that yield measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
- Strong media relations skills and a well-established network of contacts.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
