Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEP) – Abu Dhabi | Competitive Salary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with expertise in both Civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.

• Prepare and manage tender documents, including bills of quantities (BoQ).
• Conduct cost analysis and estimations for projects.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Manage contracts and sub-contracts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any commercial or contractual issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
