About the Role: Onboarding Specialist in Abu Dhabi
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a meticulous and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a temporary, 3-month contract. This pivotal role focuses on managing the complete onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition from candidate to team member within the dynamic hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & HR Operations
- Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, from offer acceptance to the employee’s first day.
- Generate and meticulously process offer letters and employment contracts with speed and accuracy.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of visa processing, labor documentation, medical checks, and Emirates ID applications.
- Collaborate effectively with the PRO department and relevant government entities to guarantee timely approvals and adherence to regulations.
- Facilitate security clearance procedures when necessary.
- Provide crucial support for high-volume recruitment drives, especially within hospitality operations.
- Maintain precise onboarding progress trackers and comprehensive employee records.
- Work in close partnership with recruitment and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Deliver clear, consistent communication and support to new employees throughout their onboarding experience.
Requirements: Recruitment & Onboarding Expertise
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding or HR operations.
- Previous experience in recruitment is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume hiring within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in managing visa and labor processing procedures.
- Proven experience coordinating effectively with PRO departments.
- Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy with a strong command of HR systems and MS Office Suite.
