About the Role: Onboarding Specialist in Abu Dhabi

Salayel Hospitality is seeking a meticulous and proactive Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a temporary, 3-month contract. This pivotal role focuses on managing the complete onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition from candidate to team member within the dynamic hospitality sector. If you have a strong background in recruitment and a knack for high-volume hiring processes, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle, from offer acceptance to the employee’s first day.
  • Generate and meticulously process offer letters and employment contracts with speed and accuracy.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of visa processing, labor documentation, medical checks, and Emirates ID applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with the PRO department and relevant government entities to guarantee timely approvals and adherence to regulations.
  • Facilitate security clearance procedures when necessary.
  • Provide crucial support for high-volume recruitment drives, especially within hospitality operations.
  • Maintain precise onboarding progress trackers and comprehensive employee records.
  • Work in close partnership with recruitment and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Deliver clear, consistent communication and support to new employees throughout their onboarding experience.

Requirements: Recruitment & Onboarding Expertise

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding or HR operations.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-volume hiring within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing visa and labor processing procedures.
  • Proven experience coordinating effectively with PRO departments.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong command of HR systems and MS Office Suite.
