Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support for major international infrastructure projects, including pipeline and industrial developments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with project execution and operations.
• Advise on compliance with local and international laws and regulations relevant to the projects.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on various legal matters impacting the projects.
• Support dispute resolution processes and litigation when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, with a significant portion focused on international infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in advising EPC contractors or similar entities on large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction law, and international project finance.
• Experience working with projects in the CIS region is a strong advantage.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a recognized jurisdiction.
