About the Role

Bayut, the number one property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a highly motivated Senior PMO Manager for our Wealth Management division. This pivotal role, based in Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing the end-to-end investment deal flow, ensuring seamless coordination between Wealth Managers, clients, and internal teams. As a key player in a company that connects millions of users nationwide and boasts over 200 million monthly users across its collective brands, you will be instrumental in maintaining our commitment to delivering the best online search experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Project Management Officer

• Manage the end-to-end investment deal flow, ensuring all investor deals are handled uniformly.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively between Wealth Managers, clients, and the internal Bayut team to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Oversee client tracking from pre-sales through execution to post-sales activities, ensuring smooth inter-departmental coordination.
• Form and manage the Project Committee, tailoring its structure based on client type (HNWIs, Family Offices, Institutional Buyers) and their specific needs.
• Ensure the timely submission of Information Memorandums (IMs) to Wealth Managers for client distribution.
• Handle client escalations and resolve internal conflicts efficiently.
• Oversee the performance of multiple departments within the Project Committee, ensuring they function as a cohesive unit for planned execution.
• Manage the full deal flow post-IM acceptance, including payment processing, documentation, and contract finalization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) leadership or a similar senior management role.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and real estate investment processes.
• Excellent liaison and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to form and manage committees or cross-functional teams.
• Experience in handling client escalations and resolving conflicts.
• Proficiency in managing deal flow, including documentation and contract finalization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
