About the Role

SEHA – Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. is actively seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to join our specialized care units in Al Ain. We are looking for compassionate individuals to fill roles in critical areas such as Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and Mental Health services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in specialized units (PICU, NICU, Mental Health).
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• A valid nursing license to practice in the UAE.
• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
• Proficiency in specialized nursing care techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
