Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange and manage all aspects of executive travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
