About the Role

Global University Systems is seeking a dedicated Professor of Corporate Management to join its esteemed Business Faculty at the Dubai campus. This full-time position, commencing in September 2025, is ideal for an educator who is passionate about shaping the future of business education and committed to student success. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, practical lectures, leveraging industry expertise to bridge the gap between academia and the real world, and contributing to the growth of our vibrant international community.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Conducting introductory and advanced courses in Corporate Management, Controlling & Cost Management, Management Consulting, Finance, and/or Digital Transformation.
• Planning and implementing research and development projects, including publication activities.
• Advising and supervising students to support their academic and career goals.
• Grading student work and supervising seminars, projects, and theses at all academic levels.
• Establishing partnerships with industry leaders to expand the university’s network.
• Participating actively in university administration and committee work.
• Advising prospective students on academic programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching Corporate Management, Finance, and Controlling courses.
• A strong understanding of business administration principles.
• Ability to deliver engaging and practical lectures.
• Commitment to fostering student development and academic excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in research and publication is advantageous.
• Doctoral degree in a relevant field is typically required.
