About the Role

Canon Europe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This critical role focuses on overseeing partner orders and direct operations across the Middle East, ensuring the efficient and accurate dispatch of goods. You will be instrumental in maintaining strict adherence to trade regulations in both local and importing countries, including the meticulous preparation of all necessary documentation. This position demands close collaboration with our finance and business units to guarantee seamless order execution, while also serving as a primary liaison for customers, adeptly addressing all logistics-related inquiries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage partner orders and direct operations across the Middle East.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
• Maintain compliance with local and importing country trade regulations.
• Prepare all required trade documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams for seamless order execution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers on logistics matters.
• Address customer logistics-related queries and requests effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of contract billing and handling processes.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and prioritize workload efficiently.
