We are seeking an experienced Head of Inclusion to lead our diversity and belonging initiatives in our UAE office. This is a pivotal role focused on fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive inclusion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the workforce.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate inclusion principles into talent management processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience specifically in managing inclusion programs within the UAE.
