About the Role

HR Engine L.L.C-FZ is actively seeking two exceptional Corporate & Commercial Lawyers, specifically targeting UAE Nationals, to join a leading legal team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, encompassing due diligence, deal structuring, and seamless transaction execution.
• Offer robust support for private equity and venture capital deals, including investment phases, exit strategies, and intricate shareholder agreements.
• Skillfully draft, meticulously review, and effectively negotiate a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial agreements.
• Deliver strategic counsel on corporate governance best practices and day-to-day commercial law matters.
• Manage technology-focused contracts, such as SaaS agreements, licensing, data protection, and digital service provisions.
• Collaborate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and external advisors across diverse international and local jurisdictions (including onshore, FZ, and KSA).
• Actively participate in business development efforts and cultivate strong client relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) gained within a distinguished law firm or a reputable in-house legal department.
• Demonstrable experience in corporate and commercial law, with a preference for exposure to M&A, investment transactions, and/or technology contracts.
• Exceptional legal drafting capabilities.
• Essential fluency in English; strong Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• A solid academic record, holding an LLB or equivalent degree; an LLM is considered a significant advantage.
• Unwavering professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and perform effectively under demanding deadlines.
• A strong, demonstrable work ethic and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
