Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately, ensuring proper labeling and providing clear instructions on usage, dosage, and other relevant information to patients.
• Maintain optimal medication stock levels and storage practices within the pharmacy and on wards, adhering strictly to company standards and best practices.
• Ensure accurate patient billing processes are followed consistently.
• Implement JCIA standards for Pharmacies to ensure the highest quality of care and safety.
• Manage stock control principles and their effective application in daily operations.
• Uphold UAE healthcare regulatory framework and related requirements in all pharmacy activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an accredited educational institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or clinic pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency in implementing JCIA standards for Pharmacies.
• Deep understanding of patient experience principles and related best practices.
• Knowledge of stock control principles and management.
• Familiarity with the UAE healthcare regulatory framework and its requirements.
