Zameer Training FZE (Muscat) is seeking a skilled BTEC Business & Administration Trainer for a secondment to a prominent Oil/Gas sector company in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering in-house classroom training and assessment for Level 3 candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver BTEC Business and Administration training effectively.
- Conduct assessments for Level 3 candidates.
- Contribute to the development of training materials.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a trainer, particularly with BTEC qualifications.
- Strong understanding of Business and Administration principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess and evaluate trainee progress.
