Kids club attendant (Bahraini)

The Art Hotel & Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our hospitality team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for a Bahraini national who is passionate about childcare, recreation, and creating memorable experiences for young guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in a safe, fun, and stimulating environment within the kids club facility
• Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and entertainment programs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kids club area
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding activities and their children's experience
• Monitor and manage kids club equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience
• Handle any emergencies or incidents involving children with professionalism and care

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or a kids club environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and adults
• Ability to engage children of various ages in creative and educational activities
• Knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid is an advantage
• Flexible schedule with availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive, energetic, and patient personality with a genuine love for working with children
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury resort environment
