Lead all construction operations for a major Group in Bahrain, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Drive strategy, manage multi-project portfolios, and oversee end-to-end execution from planning through handover.

• 15+ years construction management experience, 5+ in senior leadership
• Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial/infrastructure projects
• Expert in budget control, contract management, and risk mitigation
• Strong stakeholder management across consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
• PMP or equivalent certification highly valued
