Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area continuously for hazards, unsafe behavior, and potential danger.
• Use appropriate rescue techniques when swimmers are in need of assistance.
• Monitor pool or aquatic areas to support swimmer safety and prevent incidents.
• Maintain awareness of changing conditions that may affect aquatic safety.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or training in lifeguarding, swimming safety, or aquatic rescue is preferred.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively during water safety situations.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying risks in swimming areas.
