The Life Guard role is responsible for protecting swimmers by actively observing the swimming area and using appropriate rescue techniques when swimmers need assistance. Daily Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area for danger, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
• Use appropriate rescue techniques if swimmers are in need of assistance.
• Monitor swimmer activity and respond quickly to safety concerns.
• Support a safe and controlled swimming environment for guests and participants.
• Maintain vigilance around poolside or swimming-area activity.
